Said he had gone up the chain of command and that they would match the Gusto price and also give me two free months. ![]() The rep asked if he could research and call me back. I said that it would still be MUCH more than Gusto. The rep said that he could add a 15% discount. I explained that Gusto would charge me ~$50 where as ADP had been charging me ~$150 per month. The support rep asked if I would consider staying as I had been a customer for >10 years. I put on my calendar to call ADP this week (after end of quarter and last payrolls processed) to cancel my account. ![]() I opened an account and started to set it up. I did research - including on Reddit - and decided to switch to Gusto. Last month when doing taxes it occurred to me that I was probably paying too much for payroll.
